Arrive at the Colombo International Airport and be accompanied by your private chauffeur driver to transfer to Ayurveda hotel ahungalla; begin your long-awaited, ayurvedic retreat and tranquil relaxation experience.
Located in a gorgeous and comfortable environment, Ayurveda hotels combines luxurious accommodation and authentic ayurvedic treatments.
The food that you will experience on your stay will be made with no use of artificial flavours, fragrance, sauces or animal fats. These dishes are tailored to meet all "doshes" which will nourish you to good health.
FROM DAY 02 - DAY 07
The treatments will commence from day two onwards.
Your day begins with a yoga session to ease your mind and soul.
Your daily treatments will last for about two hours for a period of seven days which includes, Shirodhara, synchronised body massages by two therapists. Oral medicine and many more treatments will be conducted to create a perfect inner balance.
Your evenings will be coloured with entertainment (thrice a week), with cultural shows, oriental music or flute music.
If time permits, you can venture out and experience Sri Lanka’s natural beauty and heritage by visiting local and regional attractions. These include Lunuganga, the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, Madu Ganga where you can embark on a river safari, a moonstone mine and the historic city of Galle.

Prior to the departure, the ayurvedic Doctor will provide instruction on the ways and means of leading a healthy life.

This package includes 14 days Ayurveda Prevention treatments and a four days round tour to discover the attractions in the northern region of Sri Lanka.
One of our representatives will meet you at the Colombo International airport and accompany you to the following attractions throughout the four days.
- Polonnaruwa is a splendid medieval capital and a royal city with unique archeological and historical features.
- Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress with historical and archaeological features.
- Dambulla Cave Temple or the golden temple of Dambulla is a world heritage site due to its large and well preserved cave complex of Sri Lanka.
- Temple of the tooth in Kandy which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha.
- Royal botanical garden in Peradeniya which is Sri Lanka’s largest botanical garden.

Yala National Park is a complex of various ecosystems including forest, grassland, and lagoons bordering the Indian Ocean, in southeast Sri Lanka. It is home to wildlife such as leopards, elephants, and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species.
Galle fort is an architectural masterpiece which combines European architecture with Asian atmosphere and it is considered as UNESCO world heritage site.
